This past week I had the opportunity to attend PR Palooza at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois!
On day one, we visited Constellation Brands, where I learned about their internal communications operations and heard from three members of their PR team about their unique career paths and professional growth. It was inspiring to see the different routes that can lead to success in the industry.
On day two, we visited APCO to explore external PR strategy and client-facing communications. I also had the chance to hear from a diverse panel of professionals who shared insights on the recruiting process, BEDI initiatives, and live event organization. Their perspectives reinforced how multifaceted and people-driven the communications field truly is.
